Founders of Nant BH

As we approach the 50th anniversary of Nant BH we have tracked down the founders ! Stan Guy was working in Flintshire when the youth service were looking for a centre to buy. He began the task of searching for suitable places and was told to have a look at an old school at Nant Bwlch yr Haearn . The rest , as they say , is history !

Yesterday Stan was joined at Nant BH by Dave and Val Siviter ( Dave was the visionary first Warden of Nant BH ) . Also present were Dave and Sue Walsh who were heavily involved with Stan in the formative years  . They were all impressed to see the on going development of the service and brought many interesting stories with them .

We will be looking at some events to mark the anniversary – a great opportunity to bring together the huge number of people who have helped shape what we are today.
